Breakfast:
-Banana, strawberry, grape mixture
-Oatmeal

Lunch (post workout)
-Baked piece of chicken
-Pasta
-Steamed peas
-Cup of peaches


I'm going to be sticking to room workouts & possibly a light job around the neighborhood. Focusing on my butt & arms today.

For Butt:
•Regular Squats
•Jumping Squats
•Kick-backs
•Lunges

For Arms:
•Regular Push-ups
•Wide set PushUps
•Tricep Dips
•Resistance Bands


Dinner:
-Grilled Salmon
-Steamed Broccoli
-Black Beans
