This is currently how my body generally looks. I'm not overweight at all, and i'm pretty slim and petite. However, I would like to be more toned & fit than I already am. I've always been a healthy eater, eating organic/health conscious foods since i was little thanks to my mom. Thanks to genetics i'm this small, so even if I do eat pizza, wings, and such everyday I would still remain this small.
I'm ready for my body to have more definition than ever. Starting in 2010 I would do track workouts, hit the weight room, and do circuits inside of rainy days and I liked how my body was looking and how I was feeling. I plan on sticking to that and going even harder....I have a goal body type I'm looking to be. Luckily I'm not a person who's trying to lose weight, so my journey should be a bit easier than others. Simply looking to make my body even better than it currently is.
