For a while, I used to work at a smoothie kiosk in the mall called Big Island Smoothie. Everything was completely natural...just straight fruit, water, & ice. We also had things like immune boost, protein, flax seeds, & things like that people were able to add.
I loved working there because I was able to have fresh fruit smoothies with protein in it when I wanted to, & could use it as a meal supplement. I also learned how to make the perfect smoothie.
I'm starting to incorporate these smoothies into my fitness journey, especially my previously mentioned protein smoothies, & other things as well. Fresh fruit is always the way to go & a good way to get & maintain those nutrients you need.
