Today I will be doing more arm, abs, & butt work, with a bit of cross fit.

Doing two new workouts I found, and something I've been doing on my own that works for me with my weights.

Butt Workout
-25 Squats
-25 Plie Squats
-25 Donkey Kicks(Left)
-25 Donkey Kicks (Right)
-50 Split Jumps
-25 Lunges (Left)
-25 Lunges (Right)
-45 Second Wall Sit

If you're a beginner, you should be fine doing this once. Once you become more advanced, you can repeat this workout at least 2 or 3 times.



Crossfit Training
-25 Squats ... 5 Pushups
-20 Squats ... 10 Pushups
-15 Squats ... 15 Pushups
-10 Squats ... 20 Pushups
-5 Squats ... 25 Pushups
