Insomnia

This is something that I sometimes struggled with throughout high school, and it has made a recent comeback. I feel like I've tried everything under the sun to help me get to sleep. Part of the cause is anxiety, which is also something I've tried to help. So far I've found a few of my own little tips & tricks to help both issues out a little, but I wish there was something better for me so that I could be a bit more relaxed and get a full nights rest for once.
